At Sound Cancer Care, we take patient referrals very seriously. We know that you want the best treatment for your patients and appreciate the trust you put in our team. Our radiation oncologists have decades of experience and the latest technology to provide the most comprehensive radiation treatment.
We will work with you and your office on a collaborative care plan. Ensuring treatment plans are thoroughly documented and discussed. This guarantees any co-management of care is working toward the best possible outcome for the patient.
Referring a Patient
To refer a patient to Sound Cancer Care for an evaluation and radiation treatment, please fill out the referral form. You can electronically fill out the PDF and fax a completed hard copy to: 253-200-3167
Cancer Evaluations
At Sound Cancer Care we also do comprehensive cancer evaluations. If you have noticed any abnormalities in your patient and would like further testing, you can refer directly to our clinic where our expert team of radiation oncologists will do a full cancer evaluation. We provide you and your patient with accurate, fast and reliable test results.
What to Expect After Referring a Patient
We know speed to care is critically important when it comes to cancer care. Once we receive a referral, your office and the patient can expect a follow-up from our team by the next business day, and we typically can see the patient in the clinic within 3 – 5 days of the referral.
Imaging Services
Sound Cancer Care uses a combination PET/CT scanner with additional PSMA, Dotatate and Cerianna services. Improving diagnosis and treatment planning by merging metabolic and anatomical imaging. Together, PET/CT offers more precise localization of abnormalities, enabling earlier and more accurate disease detection, particularly in oncology. This fusion enhances tumor staging, therapy monitoring, and surgical or radiation treatment planning, leading to better patient outcomes.
We Treat All Types of Cancer
We treat all types of cancer as well as benign conditions that have not responded well to other treatment methods. We partner particularly well with medical oncologists and specialty referring physicians to co-manage care, ensuring an optimal outcome for the patient.
